We use the privacy-friendly analytics service TelemetryDeck (provider: TelemetryDeck GmbH, Von-der-Tann-Str. 54, 86159 Augsburg, Germany) to analyze usage data. The data processed by TelemetryDeck is completely anonymized and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal information.
The following data is collected, among other things:
The source code of the TelemetryDeck SDK is completely open source and available on GitHub: https://github.com/TelemetryDeck

For traffic to onesonghabits.com, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages people visit. It's cookieless, doesn't store IP addresses, and doesn't fingerprint visitors — just aggregate page URL, referrer, basic device/browser info, and approximate country. The iOS app doesn't use Cloudflare.
Apple Music streams directly from Apple to your device; local files are read from your phone. Nothing is uploaded through us — we never see what you searched, played, or have in your library.
The Pro upgrade is processed by Apple's StoreKit. We receive your purchase status to unlock the feature — not your name, email, or payment details.
Each of these is opt-in. The app works without any of them — you'll just be limited to the 14 bundled tracks and have no reminders.
If we ever change how the app handles data, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top.

By downloading and using One Song Habits, you agree to the following:
We work hard to make it stable and useful, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or that it will fit every use case. If something breaks, please tell us and we'll do our best to fix it.
You're responsible for having the right to play the songs you add — whether through your Apple Music subscription, files you legally own, or the bundled library (public-domain tracks from Pixabay).
The 14 tracks bundled with the app are sourced from Pixabay under their Content License (free for personal and commercial use, no attribution required).
The Pro upgrade is a one-time non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard process.
One Song Habits is a habit-building tool, not medical or psychological advice. We're not responsible for outcomes related to the habits you choose to build with it.
The app is distributed through Apple's App Store, so Apple's Standard EULA applies in addition to these terms.
